Norman Strength & Conditioning
Norman Strength was running on a Squarespace site with limited SEO capabilities. Megan at Open Door Creations recently migrated them to an SEO-optimized Wix site and we immediately saw improvements in SEO metrics. We look forward to helping more customers discover the awesome trainers at Norman Strength and their spacious gym.
ViaCore Nutrition, a mid-size private label supplement manufacturing company, had been running on a WordPress site with WooCommerce, but found it was very time-consuming to keep up with all the necessary plugins and security. After migrating the site to the Shopify platform and optimizing it for search engines, ViaCore has seen an increase in sales and search engine rankings. Open Door Creations also manages Google Ads, Mailchimp landing pages and other integrations and automations for ViaCore.
Chris and Laurie Goree are long-time friends with decades of experience in Christian ministry who decided to start their own evangelism training ministry. It was a joy to help them develop their website using WordPress and they’re managing it all by themselves now—be sure to check out their blog to read about their latest travels!
Open Door Creations also migrated NuCare Nutrition, sister company to ViaCore Nutrition, from WordPress/WooCommerce to Shopify. Because nucare.com has had a digital footprint for 24 years, it has excellent rankings with search engines and so it was critical that we not lose rankings in the migration. We were pleased to find that we actually moved UP in search engine rankings due to a careful migration and attention to SEO. Website traffic and sales have increased, and we’ve automated customer onboarding processes using Mailchimp and Zapier.
The Doggie Dorm
This was a super-fun project because I *LOVE* dogs! The Rolofson family wanted to open a new kind of dog boarding service in the Norman area that lets the dogs choose whether they want to be in an inside kennel or an outside kennel. And to make dogs feel at home, they’ll read stories to them at bedtime, give them special treats, and play or swim with them. Check out their website and take your dogs to The Doggie Dorm for a fun outing!
Laura Dennison, Naturopathic Doctor
Megan at Open Door Creations worked with Dr. Laura to create a stunning Wix website with online booking and invoicing features. This is Laura’s first website and she’s very happy with how easy it is for her to manage it herself and to create informative blog posts. Be sure also to check out her “Wellness Wednesday” Zoom sessions on Facebook!
All Metro Pest
Although in business in central Mississippi for over 30 years, All Metro Pest Services never had a website until recently. Created by Megan at Open Door Creations using the Wix platform, the website allows new and existing customers to book and pay for services, and to learn about different types of pests and pest remediation techniques.
Happy Cow Vegan
Happy Cow Vegan had a rudimentary Squarespace website, but it wasn’t being found in searches and wasn’t really being used to sell products. After analyzing the owner’s goals and skills, we recommended migrating to WordPress, and the owner is now enjoying watching his website visits and product sales increase every week.
Jane Hawkins, Author
Jane already had a Wix website but it was using an outdated theme that made it difficult for her to add new content and begin blogging. She’s very happy now with her more up-to-date, mobile-responsive website.
Rorex Bridges Studio
Artist Jeanne Rorex Bridges’ old website was hosted on an outdated and slow proprietary platform with poor support, and she was losing sales due to site security issues. We recommended Shopify after analyzing Jeanne’s portfolio, goals and skills. Check out her amazing artwork at Rorex Bridges Studio!
Dr. Jan, Author
Dr. Janet L. Rowe had been working with a freelance web developer on a custom site that wasn’t proceeding well and was costing more than anticipated. Based on her goals, skills and budget, we recommended that she sign up for a Wix subscription and developed a site for her in a very short period of time. She’s now able to update her own content and we’ve helped her convert her print books to ebooks.
Back To YOu Marketing
Back To You Marketing was acquiring more customers than it could keep up with who were in need of website redesigns, migrations, and SEO. We partnered with them to help develop proposals and expand their ability to take on new clients, and continue to do so. If you’re in need of digital and traditional marketing services, we highly recommend Back To You Marketing!
